Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 June 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Concilio, a group scheduling tool operated by Sita Carolina trading as ourconcilio.app (ABN: 99 246 620 165). By using Concilio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. For any questions, contact us at hello@ourconcilio.app.

2. The service

Concilio allows users to create availability polls and share them with others for the purpose of group scheduling. The service is provided free of charge and does not require an account.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of Concilio.

3. Acceptable use

By using Concilio, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Create polls to collect personal data under false pretences or without a legitimate scheduling purpose
  • Use poll responses for any purpose other than the scheduling activity the poll was created for
  • Share poll links in a way that misleads or deceives respondents about the nature or purpose of the poll
  • Use the service to send unsolicited communications or spam
  • Automate poll creation, submission, or any other interaction with the service without our prior written consent
  • Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt the service, its servers, or related systems
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the service
  • Impersonate any person or entity in a poll response or any other interaction with the service

4. Poll creator responsibilities

If you create a poll, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have a legitimate reason for collecting the availability of respondents
  • Sharing poll links only with people who would reasonably expect to receive them
  • Using respondent data only for the scheduling purpose the poll was created for
  • Complying with any applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction when collecting data from respondents

Concilio is a tool. We are not responsible for how poll creators use the polls they create or the data collected through them.

5. Respondent data

Poll respondents submit a display name and availability selections. This data is visible to the poll creator and anyone with access to the poll results link. By responding to a poll, respondents acknowledge that their display name and availability will be visible to others with access to the poll. Poll creators must not use respondent data for any purpose beyond the scheduling activity the poll was created for.

6. Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Concilio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not warrant that the service will be available, accurate, or free from errors at all times
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service
  • We are not responsible for any misuse of poll data by poll creators or any third party
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory local consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and materials that form part of Concilio remain the property of ourconcilio.app. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the service, including poll titles, descriptions, and time slots.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, unless mandatory local laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
