Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 June 2026

1. Overview

This policy explains how Concilio uses cookies and browser storage. We have designed Concilio to minimise data collection, and as a result our use of cookies and storage is very limited. Concilio is operated by Sita Carolina trading as ourconcilio.app (ABN: 99 246 620 165).

2. Cookies

Concilio does not set any cookies. Our application hosting provider, Vercel, may set technical cookies as part of delivering the service. These are essential to how the internet works and do not track you personally.

3. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how Concilio is used. This tool:

  • Collects only anonymous, aggregated data
  • Does not use cookies
  • Cannot identify or re-identify any individual user
  • Automatically discards session data after 24 hours

No personal information is collected through analytics.

4. Browser session storage

Concilio stores one item in your browser's session storage:

KeyPurposePersistence
concilio_last_pollStores the public and admin URLs of your most recently created poll, so the success screen survives browser back-navigationSession only — cleared automatically when you close the tab or click “Create Another”

This data never leaves your browser and is not accessible to us.

5. No tracking or advertising

We do not use:

  • Advertising or marketing cookies
  • Cross-site tracking tools
  • Third-party analytics platforms
  • Social media pixels or trackers

6. Your choices

Because Concilio does not use tracking cookies or persistent storage, no cookie consent banner is required. The session storage item described above is essential to the service functioning correctly and cannot be disabled without affecting your experience.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
